We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected, luxury residential developer based in Oxfordshire.
They build housing developments across all of the Thames Valley and therefore travelling will be expected.
They need to appoint a Senior Customer Care Manager who has experience working on resolving problems on new build residential projects.
Candidates will need come from a new build housebuilding background and able to understand the problems that new homes customers have.
Experience of liaising with the NHBC is essential. The role will also entail liaising with all internal teams and subcontractors.
This position is offering a salary of £60,000 basic salary, plus a full benefits package and bonus.
