Land Manager

Bicester  

We are currently working with a very unique developer operating in Oxfordshire who are looking for a Land Manager to aid in new land acquisitions. 

Responsibilities will include:

-    Search for potential sites through networking with Land agents.
-    Be involved in technical reports, sitting in on board meetings and filling in appraisals and briefs.  
-    Produce and present appraisals to secure the best deal, while negotiating the required documentation in land acquisition
-    Present identified issues to the Land Director to prevent complications in current or future endeavours.

Candidates should have: 
•    Experience as a Land Buyer, Agent or Manager.
•    Knowledge in land acquisition legislation.
•    Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
•    The ability to work well under pressure.
