Marketing Executive – Residential Development

We are currently working with an award-winning residential developer seeking a Marketing Executive to join their rapidly expanding business. You will join a company with strong financial backing and an extensive pipeline of current and future work, focusing on premium properties based in London and the South East. The ideal candidate will have marketing experience within the property industry or a related industry, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to…
•    Working collaboratively with the Divisional Marketing departments to ensure a consistent, effective marketing strategy
•    Delivery of agreed marketing strategy to maximise return on investment, enhance customer experience and deliver against commercial KPI’s
•    Assisting in the production of digital marketing for developments in the South East
•    Setting up promotion events 
•    Ensuring the online site presentation is optimised, working collaboratively with Digital team where necessary
