We are currently working with a highly regarded residential developer who are looking to recruit an additional Contracts Manager to join their successful build team based in the South West.
You will report into the Construction Director and be responsible for managing 3 to 4 traditional build housing developments, ensuring that the site and project management teams work effectively to deliver to time and on budget. The ability to deliver excellent customer service is essential as is the ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with a range of internal and external teams.
The role will include responsibility for construction planning, ensuring that the programmes are comprehensive, deliverable and allows the business to deliver its objectives without compromising on quality and customer service.
