My client is one of the UK’s leading residential developers who are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their business on one of their projects near Anerley, Bromley. This residential developer builds and sells new properties and are looking for somebody with strong sales experience in property to be based on one of their sales and marketing suites and guide new sellers through the stages of buying a home. As a high standard housebuilder, they have an excellent reputation within the industry and are looking for a driven and enthusiastic candidate to take through their training programme. We are looking for someone with previous experience of working within a sales environment. Direct experience selling new homes would be an advantage.

Job description details:

  • Sales Negotiator
  • Full training provided and development
  • Full time position
  • Days: 2 days off during the week, work weekends
  • Location: Anerley, Bromley
  • Opportunity for progression
  • Salary: basic of £26,000 annually (rising to £30,000 after 3 months)
  • An OTE of £50/55,000

  • To achieve qualified sales reservation and meet or exceed targets
  • To come across highly professional and confident
  • To have excellent negotiation skills
  • The ability to liaise with internal and external personnel
  • To have superb attention to detail
  • To be enthusiastic
  • Strong customer service skills
