We are recruiting on behalf of a large residential developer based in Milton Keynes. They build quality housing developments across the Northern Home Counties and have an excellent reputation in the market.
They are seeking a Customer Service / Care Coordinator, to be part of a team that resolves problems on new build residential projects.
You will be the main point of contact for any residents moving into their new build properties if they have any questions or queries. You will have to build strong and long-lasting relationships with the Customers and the construction site teams to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of the projects. If there are any repairs or defect issues this will be passed onto a member of the maintenance team in order to solve however it is your role to keep the communication link to the customer strong. You will be expected to liaise with all internal teams and subcontractors.
You will not need experience in these, but customer care experience will be beneficial, and a desire to provide good customer service is essential.
This position is offering a salary of £18,000 + package.
