Our client, one of the largest and most successful housing associations in London, are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent in their marketing team. The opportunity is to be based out of their head office in West London.

 

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all inbound Sales and Marketing telephone calls and email enquiries.
  • Provide product/services information for both new and existing customer.
  • Responsible for booking viewings and funnelling queries to the relevant team.
  • Carry out initial affordability checks, update websites and CRM systems.

 

Skills/ Experience:

  • Experience of using CRM systems.
  • Knowledge/Experience of digital marketing

 

The working hours will be Monday to Friday- 9am to 5.30pm. This is an immediate requirement with interviews to be held next week.
