We are currently looking for a Technical Administrator/ Technical assistant to join a well-established residential developer on a contract basis. The client is a nationwide housebuilder with projects across the UK and a number of long-term residential schemes across the South East region.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Help support technical departments with administration, creating spreadsheets and documentation handling.
  • Work closely with the construction team to deliver correct and accurate technical drawings. (Have some understanding and awareness of technical drawings)
  • Making sure the health and safety documentation is up to date and complying with site rules and regulations.
  • Working alongside sub-contractors to make sure their site certificates are valid.

 

Suitable candidates must have experience working with a construction company or residential developer. A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in an administration or document controller role relating to construction and technical aspects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to use their skills and experience in a Technical administrator role with a respected and influential residential developer.
