Senior Technical Coordinator – Residential Housing Developer - Wembley - Up to £80,000 + package

Potensis are currently working with a leading housing developer based in the South of England who are looking to employ a Technical Coordinator to their Technical team and oversee a large development of 400 homes in the Surrey region. The business are focused in the area of large scale developments in the south of England with a mix of apartments and housing and are looking for the ideal candidate to oversee the site from design stages to the finish of the build. Responsibilities will include

The job will include being charge of the technical aspects of the site whilst managing a team of consultants to make sure they deliver satisfactory architectural drawings and engineering packages on site. You will also work closely with the build team to make sure the development is completed on time.

Additional responsibilities:
•    Interpreting technical drawings to ensure the project is completed in line with the plans.
•    Dealing with the administration team of the project.
•    Ensuring the project is completed within cost constraints agreed.
•    Attend meetings with different teams at various stages of the project.

Candidates should have at least 3-5 years’ experience as a Senior Technical Coordinator or come from an architectural background at a large scale housing developer. They should also have previous experience working at large developments of over 200 homes including a mix of housing apartments and high rise flats.
