Site Manager

Pagham, West Sussex 

Here at Potensis, we are currently working with a leading residential developer who are looking to enhance their Build team by recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee one of their upcoming projects. The business is focussed on creating housing developments across the South West of England and are actively acquiring new sites to add to their excellent pipeline of future developments.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure site compliance at all times with company health and safety standards and procedures, NHBC standards, building regulations and overall quality standards.
• Manage material levels on site to ensure minimum stock levels but sufficient to ensure the site programme is met and all labour is used efficiently.
• Coordinate labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme and proactively schedule trades to ensure optimum delivery.
• Ensure that all sites are constructed to the highest standard of quality in accordance with NHBC standards, Building Regulations, product specifications and best practice.

Key Competencies:

• Demonstrates extensive experience of working to an established build programme and managing key priorities.
• Demonstrates good leadership and assertive skills to ensure optimum delivery to the highest quality standards on site. 
• Proven ability to consistently deliver weekly targets through effective organisation of the labour force and promotion of a team-working ethic.
• Excellent communicator, with an emphasis on explaining detail and gaining full compliance.
