We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to manage a fast paced new build project in South East London, consisting of 100 apartments. As the No. 1 Site Manager, you will be responsible for the initial site set up and then the ongoing management from groundworks through to completion.

Suitable candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience of working on new build apartment developments, gained within in a residential developer, main contractor or new build social housing contractor
  • A stable career history of permanent employment
  • CSCS, SMSTS & First aid all in date
  • Experience of working with a Tower Crane on site
  • RC Frame experience would be preferable, but not essential
  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
  • A demonstrable ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • A history of planning and delivering projects on time and in budget
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on internal finishes
