Site Manager
Hampshire
Potensis Selection are currently working with a developer, operating in Hampshire, who are looking for a Site Manager to join their Construction department and to oversee the day to day activity as well as health and safety.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure site compliance at all times with company health and safety standards and procedures, NHBC standards, building regulations and overall quality standards.
- Manage material levels on site to ensure minimum stock levels but sufficient to ensure the site programme is met and all labour is used efficiently.
- Coordinate labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme and proactively schedule trades to ensure optimum delivery.
- Ensure that all sites are constructed to the highest standard of quality in accordance with NHBC standards, Building Regulations, product specifications and best practice.
Key Competencies:
- Demonstrates extensive experience of working to an established build programme and managing key priorities.
- Demonstrates good leadership and assertive skills to ensure optimum delivery to the highest quality standards on site.
- Proven ability to consistently deliver weekly targets through effective organisation of the labour force and promotion of a team-working ethic.
- Excellent communicator, with an emphasis on explaining detail and gaining full compliance.
