We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer who are looking to attract and recruit a Senior Technical Coordinator, to come and join their experienced technical team. Our client needs someone to come in and coordinate the design for a range of traditional build, residential projects, in and around the Southampton area. They are a heavily design led developer, that pride themselves on outstanding build quality and customer service.
They are looking for someone who is ambitious and driven, and wants to help the company complete exciting new developments, in what is a thriving area for our client. Our client is ideally looking to bring in someone with experience of coordinating design briefs on residential developments, and helping to manage the design through the build process.
Some responsibilities include:
