Senior Technical Coordinator – Residential Development

We are currently working with a leading residential developer seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their growing business. You will join a company with strong financial backing, an extensive pipeline of current and future work, delivering high-end residential homes. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of technical drawings, with a good understanding of residential development construction.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to…
- Managing ongoing sites in the Hertfordshire region.
- You are responsible and accountable for monitoring timely delivery of Design Team deliverables.
- Maintain an overview of the architectural design on developments which you are assigned
- Ensure that the design complies with the company standards
- Promote design that respects budgetary constraints
- To technically design and manage schemes ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost effectiveness and buildability of the design
- Arrange package specific meetings to ensure Design Team coordinate their design
- Ensure lead consultant is coordinating the design including subcontract elements
- Manage the flow of information internally and ensure coordinated comments are returned to designers
- Carry out specific coordination checks on critical interfaces
- Providing suitable technical and design solutions to complex problems
