QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Potensis are delighted to partner with a Leading National Residential Developer who are seeking an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. The business is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a dedicated professional to help drive its success.

As a Quantity Surveyor working with our Client’s dedicated Building Safety Team, you’ll be responsible for preparing budgets, managing costs, and ensuring that building Safety and Compliance projects are delivered on time and within budget.

This gives you the opportunity to gain experience in this growing specialised sector.

 Additionally, given the recent developments to regulations, you will have a secure pipeline of work for many years to come.

The right candidate will have:

• Strong background in residential construction, with a proven track record in cost management and commercial leadership.
  • Experience in Façades, Building Safety Works, or Fire Remediation (Highly Preferable but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience using COINS Software (or similar)

You will be required to commute to the Client’s office in North-East Kent 4 days per week.
