I am currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading property developers for a New Homes Sales Executive, My client is looking for someone with experience of selling properties either second hand via an agency or new homes through a developer to come on board and cross sell multiple developments from their head office based in Central London.

 

The Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Executive:

 

  • Assisting customers with any enquires regarding developments and encouraging sales through different platforms such as telephone and web queries.
  • Liaising with and selling to HNWs, investors and first-time buyers.
  • Management of the company’s database: ensuring seamless track of all data.
  • Taking telephone calls, answering website enquiries and registering new applicants.
  • Providing impeccable customer service at all times.

 

The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should:

 

  • Have experience within New Homes Sales or Property Sales.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Be personable, well presented, and composed at all times.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be an active team player, encouraging their team and themselves to succeed.
  • Be self-motivated, determined, and efficient.
  • Be able to represent the developers brand to the highest of standards at all times.

 

Basic Salary – Circa £30,000 with £5,000 car allowance

 

First year OTE – £50,000

Experience in property sales with a developer or an estate agency is advantageous, however, candidates who have previously worked within an industry where an excellent level of customer service has to be maintained would be considered.
