We have been appointed by a leading residential developer to recruit a Customer Care / Maintenance Operative.
The candidate will be responsible for handling property defects throughout a 2 year warranty period. The most outstanding candidate will have great practical knowledge of carpentry, plaster patching, painting and basic plumbing.
To be successful with a growing company, you must be self-motivated, independent, efficient and capable of handling property-owners. Involvement with high end projects are additional. The ability to engage with the customer effectively is also essential, as is a full driving licence.
In order to be considered for the role a strong multi-trader background is necessary. Additionally, to have experience with a residential developer, contractor or housing association.
