I am currently managing an excellent opportunity to join a reputable residential developer in Leicestershire. The business has built up a great reputation for delivering high quality developments in the East Midlands area. This has been coupled with a commitment to ensuring that customers receive the best possible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property and beyond. In order to ensure that this is maintained, they are looking to add an experienced Customer Service Manager to their existing team.
The role will involve managing the customer service team and reporting up in to the Head of Customer Service.
You will be required to deal with any escalated issues and provide complete management and guidance to the team. You will also be required to conduct home demonstrations to customers, so experience dealing with this is preferable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and candidates should have a demonstrable desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service. This is a fast paced role and would suit someone who is organised and has a clear approach to problem solving. Experience of working for a residential developer is key.
