Potensis Recruitment are working behalf of a leading Residential Developer based in Surrey, who are looking for their next Customer Care Operations Manager to join their team.

 

We are looking for experience within the industry and with a Construction or Customer Service background within House building to monitor and maintain a number of sites this region covers around south.

 

Customer Care Operations Manager – key responsibilities:

 

  • Visiting customers at different sites to identify defects

 

  • -Determine rectifications and manage projects through to completion

 

  • -Attend NHBC resolutions and manage the complaint escalation process

 

Qualifications, skills and experience:

 

  • Strong Technical Knowledge.

 

  • Experience within a Customer Service environment & Residential Development.

 

  • Strong Communication skills

 

  • Attention to detail and motivated
