Customer Care Coordinator – Residential Developer
One of the UK’s leading residential developers is looking to temporarily bring an experienced & highly personable customer care coordinator for their impressive regional office based near Maidstone.
The business has offices and developments across the UK, and have won awards ranging from resident satisfaction to quality of work.
Responsibilities:
You will be taking customer issues through to resolution, including logging any problems raised, organising sub-contractor visits with both the contractor and the customer.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Adhering to the developer’s standard Customer Care policies and procedure
- Ensure all contacts received are handled appropriately in a timely fashion
- Coordinate with fellow customer care coordinators to ensure constant phone cover throughout the day
- Liaise between the Site Management teams, Customer Care Operatives and external Sub-contractors to ensure that all remedial work is completed efficiently and to the appropriate standard
- Arrange visits by sub-contractors, and follow-up inspections, with both the customer and the appropriate department
The successful Customer Care Coordinator will have:
- Experience within a similar position, ideally working with a residential developer/social housing, however this is not required
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in taking/dealing with high volume calls & emails
- Experience in liaising with sub-contractors in order to resolve issues as soon as possible
- A polite & calm approach
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- The drive to go above and beyond expectations
The customer care coordinator will take responsibility for supporting the core customer base, dealing with any enquiries that need to be dealt with and ensuring that this is resolved in a timely manner.
