Customer Care Coordinator – Bespoke Residential Developer- Essex

£30,000 + 5% Bonus + Benefits

 

We are currently working on behalf of a leading Residential Developer located in Brentwood to help boost their customer care team for a new and already thriving region.

The business has built up a great reputation for delivering high quality developments across the UK and currently holds a five-star customer satisfaction rating. This is demonstrated by the company’s commitment to ensuring that customers receive the best possible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property and beyond. In order to ensure that this is maintained, they are looking to add an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to their existing team.

Some responsibilities will include:

  • The role will involve receiving and making calls to new homeowners, escalating queries, resolving issues and coordinating relevant internal parties and external contractors
  • Ensure that remedial works are carried out in a timely fashion and to agreed quality levels.
  • Help to maintain customer records and report issues to the design and commercial teams so that they can be avoided in future projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and candidates should have a demonstrable desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service. This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone who is organised and has a clear approach to problem solving. Experience working in a housing association, housing contractor or with a residential developer is essential.
