Customer Care Coordinator – Up to £30,000 – Barking


We are recruiting on behalf of a large residential developer who are based in London. They build quality residential developments across London and have an excellent reputation in the market.


They are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator, to be part of a team that resolves defects on new build residential properties.


You will be the main point of contact for any resident enquiries when moving into their new build properties. You will have to build strong and long-lasting relationships with the Customers and the construction site teams to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of the projects. If there are any repairs or defect issues this will be passed onto a member of the maintenance team in order to solve however it is your role to keep the communication link to the customer strong. You will be expected to liaise with all internal teams and subcontractors.


Experience Required:

  • Dealing with Customers on a daily basis
  • Delivering Customer service to a high standard
  • Having a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience using Excel
