Job Description

I am currently managing a superb opportunity to join a leading residential developer.

Your duties will involve receiving and making calls to new property holders, arranging subcontractors to resolve property defects and writing reports on the conclusion.

Responding to calls with customers and communicating by phone and email is necessary.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and candidates should have a demonstrable desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service.

This is a fast paced role and would suit someone who is well organised and has a suitable methodology to problem solving.

Experience of working for a residential developer is preferable, though other relevant industries would be measured.

Candidates require previous experience in a customer service based role involving planning repairs.
