Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Location: High Wycombe

Start Date: Within 1 month


Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the team in the High Wycombe area. They are one of the biggest residential developers in the UK and 5-star housebuilders, who are looking to bring in an assistant site manager to help develop and progress. The candidate would need to have experience on residential projects and have some longevity in previous roles.

The successful candidate will assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.



  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to plan, organize and execute construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Oversee sub-contractors and tradespeople to ensure quality workmanship
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure on-time completion
  • Ensure project documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner


  • Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously
