Temporary Customer Care Coordinator – Residential Developer - £150 per day
Following continued organic expansion, one of the UK’s leading residential developers is looking to temporarily bring an experienced & highly personable customer care coordinator for their impressive regional office based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
The business is a residential developer, with offices and developments across the UK. They have won awards ranging from resident satisfaction to quality of work.
This role will be based in their Bradley Stokes office, and will be in the office five days a week.
You will be taking customer issues through to resolution, including logging any problems raised, organising sub-contractor visits with both the contractor and the customer.

The customer care coordinator will take responsibility for supporting the core customer base, dealing with any enquiries that need to be dealt with and ensuring that this is resolved in a timely manner.
