Job Overview
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the contract management and administration of three active development sites. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in construction contract management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Contracts Manager will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
 

Key Responsibilities
•    Site Oversight: Manage and monitor the progress of three development sites, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, company policies, and legal requirements.
•    Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and project delivery. Implement strategies to minimize impact and ensure project success.
•    Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project managers, site managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration across all sites.
•    Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and specifications.
•    Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts, agreements, and project documentation. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
•    Problem Solving: Address any contractual issues or disputes that arise during the project lifecycle, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Remuneration (based on experience)
•    Bonus: 10%
•    Car allowance: £6,000
•    Pension: Yes 
•    Healthcare: Yes
