Utilities Manager

My client is an award-winning developer, seeking a Utilities Manager to join their team in London. Role
As Utilities Manager you will be:
- Reporting directly to the Head of Building Services
- Managing a relationship between the company and all utility companies by tracking and placing orders
- Supporting the project teams from project inception to completion in relation to utilities services
- Assist the land and technical team with land acquisition as well as providing cost and design information at early stages of the project
- Review design project requirements, work with consultants to ensure proposals are in line with company standards
- Work alongside utility providers to deliver electrical, water and telecommunications connections to developments
Candidate
The ideal Utilities Manager will have:
- Previously worked for a developer for a number of years
- Track record of managing utility services for residential developments
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant statutory bodies and industry bodies such as the HBF
Offer
The successful Utilities Manager will receive:
- Up to £75k basic salary
- Car allowance of £6k
