Temporary Site Manager – West London -

Here at Potensis, we are currently working with one of the UK’s residential developers who are looking to enhance their Build team by recruiting a Site Manager to join their existing team. They want somebody to work on an ongoing, high-end residential project on a temporary basis. This is a long-term project with several years left before completion. The role will involve managing an RC frame, residential block of 87 units through to the handover phase. The client is looking for somebody with previous experience working on large scheme, apartment led, RC Frame, residential projects.
