Temporary Senior Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer- up to £400 per day - Surrey

My client Is a well-established developer, who have built a well renowned reputation for their luxury developments. They have been operating in the UK for over 50 years, inevitably earning a substantial number of accolades.

Due to an expansion within the business, they’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a temporary basis and help with the increase in work load for 3 months.

The responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor are as follows:

• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
• Calculate the budget based on the consumer’s requirement and prepare an effective budget estimate for each stage of the construction process.
• Assist in the formulation, development and implementation of build-cost systems and procedures.
• Demonstrable track record of taking ownership of residential developments and display a good all-round commercial awareness.
