We are currently recruiting a No. 1 Site Manager to manage a new build, apartment led project in Reading, consisting of 120 units. The business is focussed on producing design led, mixed use and regeneration developments across the UK and are actively acquiring new sites across the Thames Valley

Responsibilities will include:


As No.1 Site manager you will be responsible for the initial site set up and then the ongoing management of the site from groundworks through to completion, ensuring that all deadlines and NHBC standards are met.


In addition you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience of working on new build housing developments, gained within in a residential developer, main contractor or new build social housing contractor
  • A stable career history of permanent employment
  • CSCS, SMSTS & First aid all in date
  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
  • A demonstrable ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • A history of planning and delivering projects on time and in budget
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on internal finishes

The role will involve managing a team to ensure that that build programmes are delivered in line with expectation, agreed healthy and safety quality standards are met at all times and units are delivered to customers in excellent condition. The role would suit a confident, meticulous site manager who has a demonstrable record of successfully managing their own projects and  is  looking to join a prestigious, growing developer who have an excellent record of delivering NHBC award winning projects.
