Senior Land Manager
Essex
We are currently working with a very successful housebuilder operating in Essex who are looking for a Senior Land Manager to lead in new acquisitions in and around the Essex region.
Responsibilities will include:
- Search for potential sites through networking with Land agents.
- Ensure the future of land supply by purchasing new land, reflecting the company’s profitability requirements.
- Take input from sales and commercial teams to forecast and evaluate potential site suitability.
- Produce and present appraisals to secure the best deal, while negotiating the required documentation in land acquisition.
- Present identified issues to the Land Director to prevent complications in current or future endeavours.
Candidates should have:
- Worked with a high-volume housing developer previously.
- Experience as a Land Manager or Senior Land Manager.
- Knowledge in land acquisition legislation.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
