PROJECT MANAGER – MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT – SOUTH LONDON - £100,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS

Potensis are currently working with one of the UK’s leading housebuilders. They specialize in producing complex apartment-based projects around London. This region has developed an enviable reputation for delivering high-quality developments, winning several industry design awards in the process.

My Client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee a low-rise RC frame site in South London. Reporting to a Project Director, whose time will be split between a few sites, you will be in charge of running a large phase of the project. You’ll be responsible for running a programme, overseeing the site managers, and dealing with subcontractor escalations. The main responsibilities would be to assist in setting the project up, and run and deliver it from groundworks to handover.

An established Project Manager would be preferable, who has previous experience running projects, and is looking to work on this exciting project with a highly reputable region of a major housebuilder. They would look at candidates from a developer background, or from a main contractor with residential experience. RC frame experience would be a bonus.
