One of the UK’s top leading residential developers are looking for an ambitious individual to join their successful and growing company. The developer is looking for an ambitious Project Manager to deliver a high-value, quality multi-phase housing development.

The main responsibilities/requirements will include:

• Overseeing the project from a build perspective
• Develop the construction and logistics programme
• Manage the delivery of a multi phased project as the development grows
• Develop and manage the construction team as the project grows in scale
• Work with commercial & technical teams to resolve issues ranging from subcontractor appointments to production issues.

A knowledgeable, commercially aware candidate is required, preferably with experience of working with a residential developer with experience of delivering complex, housing projects.
