Project Administrator – Residential Developer – Cambridgeshire

£26,000 + Package

 

We are currently working with a leading residential developer, who are looking to expand their team in the Cambridge area by bringing in a Project Administrator.

The business has offices and developments across the UK. They are an industry leader, and have won awards ranging from resident satisfaction, to quality of work.

Responsibilities:

The role will involve managing the developer’s internal database, ensuring that all documents are uploaded as appropriate. Alongside this, you will manage access to and updating the information & documents as needed.

Other duties will include:

  • Manage the document tracking process and helping to complete reports for management
  • Report any issues in the flow of information to appropriate seniors
  • Ensure documents are distributed to relevant parties
  • Raising purchase orders and reviewing invoices
  • Minute taking

Your Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • A reliable individual
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • IT literate
