I am currently managing an excellent opportunity to join a leading residential developer covering North and East London

The business has built up a great reputation for delivering high quality apartments across London. This has been coupled with a commitment to ensuring that customers receive the best possible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property and beyond. In order to ensure that this is maintained, they are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Operative to their team.

Within this role you will be expected to carry out Multi Trade remedial work in a timely fashion and to agreed quality levels.

Skills which are essential for this position:

  • Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong working knowledge of carpentry, plastering, making good and finishing works
  • Flexibility
  • The ability to act professionally and represent the company in appropriate manner at all times


  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively
  • Current driving licence
  • CSCS Card

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and candidates should have a desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service at all time.

A stable work history of working in a similar role on high end apartment led projects for either a new build residential developer, main contractor or 3rd party sub-contractor is  essential
