Potensis are currently working with a leading Residential Developer who are looking to expand their London region and require a new Land Manager to help them achieve their growth objectives. The business is well funded and is looking grow significantly over the next 3 – 5 years. The primary focus is North, East and South East London and they are looking to hire a Land Manager how is able to identify, pursue and acquire sites in these locations.

 

Duties will include:

 

  • Responsible for site identification, appraisal and approval to the point of purchase.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with land owners, local agents other stakeholders.
  • Coordinating  Land, sales, technical & commercial teams to deliver workable and commercially viable land bids
  • Putting together acquisition proposals which are presented professionally along with other department’s insight.
  • Managing internal teams and external consultants to manage projects through the planning process.

 

Reporting into the Development Director, you will also be supported by the technical, commercial & sales teams to help manage projects through the development process, ensuring that the primary focus of the role is the acquisition of new sites.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an established land manager who is looking to work for a developer with excellent funding who is looking to actively acquire sites across London. Consideration would also be given to those working agency side or a land buyer looking to fully manage their own sites.
