Fully Remote Technical Manager – Residential Developer - £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are currently working with a leading residential developer, who are looking to expand their technical team by bringing in an additional Technical Manager.
The business has offices and developments across the UK. They are an industry leader, and have won awards ranging from resident satisfaction, to quality of work.
The role will involve assisting in the appointment and briefing external consultants, reviewing the reports produced, and managing the follow-up of that report.
Other duties will include:
Candidates should possess experience as either a Technical Co-ordinator - and be ready to make the step up to Technical Manager - or a Technical Manager, and want to work for an excellent company. The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. Additionally, candidates should be well organised, skilled in planning for both themselves and others, and have strong attention to detail across all aspects of work.
The candidate should be a strong team player, and an assertive individual. They should be capable of influencing others and building strong relationships and networks – both internally and externally.
