Engineering Manager – Leading Mixed-Use Developer
Potensis are currently working with one of the UK’s leading housebuilders. They specialize in producing complex housing projects around Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
This region has developed an enviable reputation for delivering high-quality developments, winning several industry design awards in the process.
My Client is looking for an Engineering Manager. Working underneath the Head of Engineering you’ll be responsible for running sites and making sure they deliver to expectations.
You’d also be responsible for making sure designs are done cost effectively and delivered to date. A good understanding of Civil and Structural Engineering would be needed.
My Client is looking for either an established Engineering Manager, or perhaps a Development Engineer looking for a step up. They are looking for a candidate from a residential developer, or someone with a Consultancy background.
The best candidate would be someone hardworking, eager to learn, and with good knowledge, who is interested in joining a highly reputable region of a major housebuilder.
This business also offers good opportunities for progression, and a respectable benefits and bonus scheme.
Our client is committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among its workforce and eliminating unlawful discrimination. Hybrid working is available for a range of roles and flexible benefits and procedures are in place to support this commitment.
If you are interested in this role or would like to find out more please send a copy of your CV or a brief statement of interest.
