Potensis Selection are pleased to present an incredible Development Manager opportunity at an industry leading bespoke Residential Developer. With a focus on high-quality, design-led projects, you'll enjoy a dynamic environment with varied responsibilities.

In addition, you will be:

• Understanding how much each team is spending and the implications of their spending.
• Evaluating and optimising the work of each team working on the project and taking the most appropriate course of action.
• This will include keeping everything on track with the expected targets and milestones.
• You will be measured by how the development is progressing, that the development is on track to achieving its milestones.
• This will predominantly be a front-end role, where you will be providing input after assessing new sites. On these sites you will be required to provide technical insights into aspects such as the layouts and housing types. On bought sites you will be responsible for the preparations for detailed design.

Requirements:

• Being an existing Developer manager or Assistant Developer Manager who is looking to step up their career.
• Strong communication skills.
• Initiative to make decisions.
