Potensis are currently working on behalf of a leading Residential Developer to help boost their already thriving customer care team.
The business has built up a great reputation for delivering high quality, design led developments across the UK. This has been coupled with a commitment to ensuring that customers receive the best possible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property and beyond. In order to ensure that this is maintained, they are looking to add an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to their existing team.
The role will involve receiving and making calls to new homeowners, escalating queries, resolving issues and coordinating relevant internal parties and external contractors to ensure that remedial works are carried out in a timely fashion and to agreed quality levels.
In addition, you will help to maintain customer records and report issues to the design and commercial teams so that they can be avoided in future projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and candidates should have a demonstrable desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service. This is a fast paced role and would suit someone who is organised and has a clear approach to problem solving. Experience of working for a residential developer, main contractor or social housing contractor who focus on new build residential development is key.
