Customer Care Manager – Residential Developer - West London – £55000 +Bonus + Benefits
We are currently working with a leading mixed use developer who are looking to enhance their customer service team by recruiting a Customer Care Manager to their existing team. The business is focussed on developing complex, design led, mixed use developments across London and are actively acquiring new sites to add to their excellent pipeline of future developments.
The role will involve inspecting work through all stages of the build process and checking for compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC Standards agreed designs. The role involve liaising with on-site build teams, employers agents and design teams to ensure that developments can be signed off as completed and passed to the sales and customer service teams.
Responsibilities will include:
·Identify recurring defects which have a continued cost to the business and help to devise and implement a strategy to prevent reoccurrence
·Liaising with sub-contractors and onsite teams to ensure works are conducted to meet agreed quality standards
·Work closely with NHBC to ensure consistency across multiple sites
·Report any potential issues regarding quality that will affect the handover of completed units to the business at regular intervals
·Ensure the project is compliant against all aspects of the agreed Quality Plan
·Work with the Quality and Construction teams to ensure that projects are not delivered to customers with outstanding defects
·Help support the creation of a defect free culture and a “right first time” approach to construction
This is an excellent role with an expanding business and would suit someone who is currently working within a residential developer or main contractor in a customer service or quality control role and is looking to develop their construction experience, or an experienced customer service technician looking to developer their career.
