Customer Care Manager – Residential Developer – Essex – £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits


We are currently working with a leading residential developer who are looking to enhance their customer service team by recruiting a Customer Care Manager to their existing team.

The business is focussed on delivering high quality developments across the UK and currently holds a five-star customer satisfaction rating. This is demonstrated by the company’s commitment to ensuring that customers receive the best possible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property.

Some responsibilities will include:

  • Home Quality Inspection: Attend properties across multiple sites and undertake the home quality inspections (snagging)
  • Home Introduction: Carry out home introduction in accordance with the company guidelines
  • Customer Aftercare: In conjunction with customer support team, liaise with customers following their move in to ensure they are settling in happily and there are no issues 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Compose technical reports and feedback on issues relating to the properties
  • Coordinate with the customer support team to address any issues at any stage post move in
  • Work in close coordination with customer support team to ensure all items are logged in the database
  • Flexible working

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and candidates should have a demonstrable desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service. This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone who is organised and has a clear approach to problem solving. Experience working in a housing association, housing contractor or with a residential developer is essential.
