Customer Care Manager - High End Residential Developer- £45,000 + Benefits – West London


My client Is a well-established high-end residential developer, who have built a well renowned reputation for their luxury developments. They have been operating in the UK for over 60 years, inevitably earning a substantial number of accolades.

Due to an expansion within the business, they’re looking for someone with a good understanding of construction to join their onsite customer service team and help with the increase in work load.

The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager are:

  • Inspect and diagnose defects to provide resolutions
  • Manage and resolve service requests
  • Direct technicians and subcontractors with clear guidelines to resolve issues
  • Ensure customers are kept fully updates on progress being made
  • Offer face to face customer support
