We are currently looking for a Customer Care Manager to provide first line response to residents of a newly built luxury housing development.
The business has built up a great reputation for delivering high quality developments across the UK. This has been coupled with a commitment to ensuring that customers receive the best possible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property and beyond. In order to ensure that this is maintained, they are looking to add an experienced Customer Care Manager to their existing team.
Being a high-end brand, the quality of care is crucial. Candidates should have a demonstrable desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone who is organised and has a clear approach to problem solving. Experience working in a telephone-based Customer Service role is essential.
