Assistant Site Manager

Boorley Gardens, Hampshire (Southampton)

Potensis Selection are currently working with a leading residentail developer, operating in Southampton, who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their Construction department and to oversee the day-to-day activity as well as health and safety.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Help the Site Manager with day-to-day tasks and give clear instructions to those working on the construction site.
• Help manage and implement health and safety procedures, working closely with Bellway Health and Safety Managers. Ensure all health and safety aspects are followed.
• Motivate, support and manage directly employed site staff, providing training and support to improve performance.
• Ensure site presentation is maintained at the correct standard.
