We are currently working with a leading mixed use developer who are looking to enhance their customer service team by recruiting an Assistant Quality Control Manager to their existing team. The business is focussed on developing complex, design led, mixed use developments across London and the South East and are actively acquiring new sites to add to their excellent pipeline of future developments.
The role will involve inspecting work through all stages of the build process and checking for compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC Standards agreed designs. The role involve liaising with on-site build teams, employers agents and design teams to ensure that developments can be signed off as completed and passed to the sales and customer service teams.

This is an excellent role with an expanding business and would suit someone who is currently working within a residential developer or main contractor in a customer service or quality control role and is looking to develop their construction experience, or an experienced customer service technician looking to developer their career.
