The RICS Regional Awards, London, held on the 25th May showcased some of the UK’s most pioneering projects, with 51 of London’s most impressive and community-beneficial property schemes battled it out for top honours.

    Community Benefit – Ealing Green Church
    Design through Innovation – Sainsbury Welcome Centre for Neural Circuits and Behaviour
    Infrastructure – Enjoy Waltham Forest Programme
    Regeneration – The Old Dairy
    Residential – Sherwood Court
    Tourism & Leisure –  Pop Brixton

    Highly commended projects included

    Building – Tottenham War Memorial
    Commercial – Commended 184 Shepherds Bush Road
    Community Benefit –  The Passage, Westminster
    Design through Innovation – Guy’s Cancer Care Centre, London Bridge
    Infrastructure – West Croydon Bus Station Redevelopment
    Regeneration -Woodhouse Urban Park, Queen’s Park
    Residential – 142 Bermondsey Street
    Tourism & Leisure – Green Rooms, Wood Green
