Current Development – 9 Millbank
St Edward bought 9 Millbank and Ergon House in 2012. Planning
for the site was granted in 2014 with construction due to
commence in 2018 when vacant possession will occur.
The proposals will replace Ergon House with a new building with
the listed 9 Millbank being retained and refurbished.
On the sixth and seventh floors of Ergon House, there will be a
beautiful piece of public art, set back on a plinth, helping to create
a strong sense of identity for the building. The historic Gatehouse
next to Ergon House will also be refurbished.
