Berkeley St Edward are renowned for their quality and innovation.  With 11 development sites under construction, and major developments in their pipeline they are investing in a Technical Academy. We’re excited to be recruiting Technical Co-ordinators to join the academy.  It’s a vigorous programme designed to build expertise and knowledge, here’s an overview of our assessment process, if you’d like to learn more about the opportunity and selection process please contact scott.doody@potensis.com

Pre-screening

Candidates will be taken through a series of questions looking at their experience and strengths demonstrated so far in their career.

Psychometric test

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a competency assessment measuring your personal competencies to better understand your suitability for the role.

Interview / Presentation

Further shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or presentation with a Technical Director and Natalie Booth to discuss their suitability for the role.
