Countryside Graduate Campaign

The Countryside graduate programme is designed to nurture your talents and cultivate your knowledge.

The Countryside Graduate Scheme first began in 1980, with their very own CEO of Partnerships South, Graham Cherry, being the very first graduate to enter the programme! They believe that the achievements of the many employees who have started their career with them through the graduate scheme is a real testament to the rewarding and comprehensive programme they offer.

So, it’s no surprise to see that Countryside ranks in the top 50 companies on The Job Crowd’s 2018 list of best businesses for graduates to work for. Countryside is listed 43rd – outranking Berkeley Group (98th), Barratt Homes (93rd) Croudace Homes (68th) and Crest Nicholson (57th).

The Job Crowd platform started in 2011 and has since become something of a TripAdvisor for jobs. It offers a variety of products and services, from application and interview tips for students, to benchmark reports containing useful data for employers.

Countryside are committed to ‘growing their own’ talent and last year Countryside employed more than 100 apprentices, graduates and management trainees. This commitment to helping graduates develop their careers is why it’s so rewarding to see Countryside outrank many other housebuilders for the 43rd place on The Job Crowd’s 2018 list.
